A lightly padded shell jacket suitable for use in all seasons. Made from a windproof, waterproof and breathable fabric with an oil- and dirt-repellent finish. The antistatic, naturally flame-retardant, metal-free design minimises the risk of ignition and meets all the requirements of the ATEX Directive. The jacket features a high collar and a concealed, durable two-way plastic zip. Reflective details improve visibility, whilst the extended back and adjustable hem enhance comfort. Designed to attach the detachable hood 2164 (sold separately). The jacket has two integrated gas loops, suitable for attaching gas detectors, oxygen monitors and microphones. This makes it particularly useful for those working in the oil and gas industry and the petrochemical sector. It is also suitable for roles in the energy sector, such as solar, wind and hydro power. Certified to the following standards: EN 343 4.1, EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11611, EN 13034, EN ISO 11612, IEC 61482-2, APC 2.
