The Phoebe penguin helps the child calm down and fall asleep. The warm light and seven different sounds help the baby fall asleep more easily. Phoebe can even coo in a quiet voice, which has been scientifically proven to calm children. Then the baby stops crying faster.
You can also record your own voice for the child. Speak or sing to the tape, and the child will hear a familiar and beloved voice.
