The fatty acid composition of Yano organic chia seeds is optimal. They include e.g. omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and plenty of fiber. Chia is tasteless and odorless. Jelly made from chia soothes the intestines.
Use:
Put 1 part chia seeds and 9 parts water in a glass, mix and let it gel for at least 1/2 hour. Chia jelly can be stored in the refrigerator for approx. 1 week. Chia can also be used on its own, e.g. in a smoothie. However, chia should never be eaten without mixing it with liquid, as it swells strongly.
