How does the product work? Due to friction, the metal conditioner penetrates into the pores of the heated (iron-rich) metal surface, e.g. the engine cylinder wall, making the surface smoother, harder and more slippery. Non-ferrous metals and synthetic materials also benefit from the lower operating temperature produced by the substance. The product does not affect the viscosity of the oil, and does not contain solvents or solid particles. Withstands high temperatures.
Manual:
- For engines: with the first addition, approx. 6% of the oil quantity is added. In the following oil changes, approx. 3% of the oil quantity is added.
- Manual and automatic transmissions approx. 3% of the oil amount
- Tails, transfer boxes, etc. transmission line oils approx. 3% of the oil amount
- Hydraulics approx. 1-2% of the oil amount
- Power steering approx. 3% of the oil amount
X-1R metal treatment is suitable for use with all known technical oils.
The 1 L bottle is intended for larger machines and devices such as trucks and delivery trucks, smaller tractors and agricultural machines, and larger inboard engines with an oil volume of approx. 16 liters.
