A surface-mounted column beam for connecting the foundations of wooden structures to a concrete foundation. The tubular column beam is mounted with suitable concrete anchors to the foundation and the other end is either nailed or screwed to the horizontal beam of the wooden structure. Both the probe part and the wooden structure to be connected shall be horizontal and the whole surface shall be against the plates of the tubular column beam.
