The filter has flow control, i.e. extraction time adjustment, with which you adjust the extraction time to the optimum according to the amount of water and coffee. This way, you always get the same tasty coffee, regardless of whether you prepare a full pot or a couple of cups at once. You can always fine-tune the extraction time also according to your own taste.
The advanced Wilfa Svart Performance coffee maker has a very precise heating system that reaches the optimal coffee brewing temperature in just seconds and keeps the temperature right throughout the process. The approval of the European Coffee Brewing Center also shows that this coffee maker meets e.g. very precise quality criteria set for temperature and time. This machine has a unique water pump for filter coffee machines, which completely drains the water from the machine after the brewing process is finished.
