Convenient preset programs and manual adjustments
Choose any of the 8 preset programs to apply recommended time and temperature for favourites such as chips, chicken, steak, pizza, fish, shrimp, cake and drying. You can also manually set and fine-tune time and temperature before or during a cycle to match portion size or preference. The shake reminder gives two beeps halfway through when time is set manually, and at 2/3 of the total duration for presets.
Memory function:
Personalise your results by adjusting time and temperature within a preset, then save that combination with the memory function. Your tailored program is ready next time you cook, removing the need to re-enter settings.
Drying ingredients:
With its broad 30–200 °C range, Crispier 8L also dehydrates at low temperatures. Use the dehydrator function to make granola, jerky, dried fruit and more. It can operate for up to 24 hours to achieve thorough, even dehydration.
Practical window:
Monitor the cooking through the viewing window and avoid opening the drawer mid-cycle. Maintaining heat and airflow stability helps lock in crispness and can shorten overall cooking time.
