Performance Thermo comes with two separate lids. The other is intended for use when brewing coffee and is designed to minimize heat loss during the brewing process. The second lid is intended for serving coffee and is designed to keep the coffee warm for a long time. Of course, the lid used during cooking can also be used for serving, but it does not retain heat as well as the version used for serving.
Unique pump technology
The most important raw material for perfect coffee is always fresh water. This machine has a unique water pump for filter coffee machines, which completely drains the water from the machine after the brewing process is finished. This way, there is no standing water in the coffee maker. You can be sure that you always start the coffee brewing with fresh, oxygen-rich water.
In coffee machines that do not have a water pump, about 1dl of water remains in the piping of the device after each use. This naturally has an effect on the taste of the coffee the next time you brew, because you start the soup with water that has already stood for a while, not fresh water.
Detachable water tank – 100% fresh water
The coffee maker is equipped with a removable water tank, which makes it easy to add clean and fresh water directly from the tap. The recommended proportions for the amount of water and coffee are marked on the water tank, by following which you can prepare tasty coffee easily
Perfect temperature
The Performance Thermo coffee maker has a very precise heating system that reaches the optimal coffee brewing temperature in just seconds and keeps the temperature correct (92–96°) throughout the process.
Manual drip lock & adjustment of extraction time
The filter has Flow Control, i.e. flow control, with which you adjust the extraction time to the optimum according to the amount of water and coffee. This way, you always get the same tasty coffee, regardless of whether you prepare a full pot or a couple of cups at once. You can always fine-tune the extraction time also according to your own taste.
Unique shower head
The completely unique shower head spreads the water evenly over the coffee head, which guarantees the best possible end result.
Cleaning reminder
The automatic cleaning reminder helps to clean limescale residues from the machine regularly, which extends the life of your coffee machine and guarantees that the taste of each cup of your coffee is always the best possible.
