Warrior Winches’ hydraulic RV series has been specifically designed to comply with the BS EN 14492-1:2006+A1:2009 and SAE J-706 standards. The models have been developed for demanding commercial and industrial applications and are available in capacities ranging from 8,000 lbs (3,629 kg) up to 18,000 lbs (8,164 kg). The range also includes an 8,000 lbs model with a short drum.
Safety is important to us, which is why we have oversized the steel wire rope by a factor of 2:1, and the rope attachment can withstand as much as 2.5 times the winch’s pulling force, providing the user with added safety and reliability. The RV series’ hydraulic brake withstands the full set pulling force, providing superb control, greater safety and reliability whilst winching.
The ISTR18 mounting plate is an optional accessory and is also approved in accordance with the BS EN 14492-1:2006+A1:2009 standard.
