The high-quality sharpness comes from German stainless steel 1.4116 and toughness (56 HRC) sharp, reduces the need for sharpening and above all, gives the blade a long life. The design of the blade and handle greatly reduces the risk of injury. The handle is comfortable in the hand thank to its soft nature and material. Can be cleaned at temperatures up to 120°C/250F, so it can be washed in a washing machine. However, it is recommended to hand wash and dry to prevent wear of the blade to maintain the sharpness.
