Wagy-U Premium Kamado is the perfect combination of traditional ceramic quality and modern finish. The grill's bubble glaze glaze gives the surface an elegant matte effect that stands out from standard glossy kamados. The grill features stylish black bamboo side plates that can be raised for additional work space or lowered when the grill is stored or when additional space is not required. The black bamboo handle finishes the whole with a premium look.
The durable mullite ceramic frame and firebox and ring can withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C, making the grill a safe and long-lasting choice for year-round use. The fibreglass-reinforced insulating tape effectively retains heat and lasts much longer than traditional felt seals.
The grill features a large, clear thermometer, cast iron top valve and a numerical scale bottom air intake for easy, precise temperature control. The grill stands on a high quality, wax-constructed cart that is sturdier than the base model's pedestals. The trolley also has a storage shelf under the grill for convenient storage of accessories or coals. The wheels also make it easy to move the kamado from one place to another without compromising stability.
Wagy-U Kamado is a versatile companion for all outdoor cooking: you can grill, smoke, braise, fry or make pizzas in the authentic stone oven atmosphere. The excellent heat insulation minimises the consumption of charcoal and ensures even cooking even in winter frosts.
