The German brand Vivan’s range includes dozens of chocolate flavours, all made from high-quality, certified organic ingredients, such as genuine Bourbon vanilla. No genetically modified ingredients or soya lecithin are used in the chocolates. The organic cocoa used in Vivani’s chocolates comes from Latin America and South America, mainly the Dominican Republic, Panama and Ecuador. The cocoa is grown alongside banana and avocado trees in mixed-crop plantations, rather than in monocultures of a single crop, meaning that toxic pesticides are not required. The ingredients, combined in optimal proportions, offer a perfect indulgence, brought to the fore by just the right processing methods (intensive rolling and a long conching process). Vivan’s organic chocolate comes in eco-friendly packaging made from compostable NatureFlex film and FSC-certified cardboard.
