The kit includes:- 1 x 10 ml black powder
- 1 x 10 ml grey powder
- 2 x 10 ml glue
- .1 x plastic scraper
- 1 x gloves
- 1 x blade
- 1 x plastic connector
- 1 x stud bolt
Instructions for use:- Make sure the area to be repaired is clean, dry and free of dirt and oil. If necessary, roughen the area to be repaired with sandpaper before applying the adhesive.
- Use the gloves provided in the kit during the repair.
- Use a knife or blade to cut the nozzle from the powder packet at a 45 degree angle. Use a needle to puncture the glue nozzle and insert a small glue catheter firmly into the nozzle. Apply the adhesive evenly to the area to be repaired.
- Apply an appropriate amount of powder (thickness ≤ 5 mm) to cover the adhesive in the repair area. If necessary, use the stick provided to adjust the shape and amount of powder. Then reapply the adhesive over the powder until the powder no longer absorbs the adhesive
Note: When the adhesive combines with the powder, it generates a lot of heat and gases that can cause mild irritation within 10 seconds. If the repair is not thick enough, repeat step 3.
