Cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil contains plenty of health-important ingredients, such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins E and K, lecithin and ubiquinone in natural form. The oil is removed from the rape seeds by mechanical pressing. The seeds are not heated or chemically treated. Cold pressed Organic Virgino is suitable for all cooking and baking. It can be mixed with porridge or a shake. It is an excellent base for marinades and salad dressings. The characteristic slightly nutty taste of rapeseed goes particularly well with domestic grains, roots and berries. Fish and steak also get a rich flavor.
