Viking Wool is a soft Merino wool particularly suitable for Icelandic style knits designed for yarns at 100 metres per 50 g weight. The colors are vivid with a slight melange. Merino is also soft worn against skin, making it suitable for the softest and warmest hats and mittens. Viking Wool is also suitable for felting.
Viking Wool is RWS and OEKO-TEX certified. 100 m/50 g ball, recommended needle size 4,5 to 5 mm, gauge 18 sts/10 cm. Tweed colorway is an exception in consistency at 90 % wool and 10 % viscose, all other colors are 100 % Merino wool.
