The gradients of the Nordlys wool blend yarn shine bright like the Northern lights! Nordlys is a single ply yarn and the gradients are best displayed in for example small scarves. Try Nodlys also in colorwork paired with solid black or white! The yarn contains a percentage of nylon, helping it last in wear, however the single ply structure comes apart easily when pulled, so exercise caution if for example the work needs to be unraveled.
The wool in Nordlys is superwash treated, so the finished items can be machine washed. Approx. 350 m/100 g ball, recommended needle size 2,5 to 3 mm, gauge 28 sts/10 cm.
