The Victorinox 20 cm filleting knife is equipped with a narrow, flexible blade that enables highly precise work. Victorinox knives are made from premium stainless Dauphinox steel. Thanks to the composition of the steel, the knife can be sharpened again and again to razor-sharpness. It also retains its edge for a long time and does not become dull quickly. The patented Fibrox handle is made from fibre-reinforced nylon and withstands temperatures between 80 and 110°C. The textured surface provides a secure grip even when the handle is wet or oily. Victorinox Fibrox is a knife series designed for professional use, making it an excellent choice for home cooks who value high quality. The knife is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended. Dry the knife immediately after washing with a kitchen towel. For storage, we recommend a knife block or magnetic knife holder. Blade length: 20 cm.
