Turmeric is a perennial herb related to ginger. In herbal use, its strong yellow rhizome is used, which naturally contains curcuminoids. Curcuminoid polyphenols are the main antioxidants in turmeric, and curcumin is the most significant of these.
Ingredients : Turmeric powder, fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Recommended daily dose : 1 - 2 tablets per day with meals.
