The sea buckthorn bush of the steppes and mountain slopes comes from the Himalayan mountain region. The nutritional properties of sea buckthorn have been used in Eastern folklore for hundreds of years. The sea buckthorn preparation containing vitamin C promotes the normal functioning of the immune system and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin C also promotes: as an antioxidant the protection of cells from oxidative stress the formation of collagen (blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, gums) the functioning of the nervous system the return of vitamin E to its reduced form.
