Velco PREMIUM 125 is a replacement air valve solution that can be installed in a new wall penetration, automatically adjusts according to the outside temperature, with a very effective three-part sound reduction. The valve's diameter of 125 mm enables effective sound attenuation without compromising air filtration or flow technical properties. The reliable wax thermostat of the replacement air valve adjusts its opening according to the outside temperature between +10°C and -5°C, preventing drafts and improving the energy efficiency of ventilation. Suitable for locations with gravity or mechanical exhaust ventilation.
FEATURES:
• The 125 mm diameter of the valve enables effective sound attenuation without the need to compromise on air filtration or flow technical properties. Contains a new, three-part sound dampening unit (incl. sound dampening pipe, lamellar damper and dampened wind protection), which effectively silences the noise carried in, improving living comfort.
• Excellent sound dampening properties. Sound attenuation classification of the valve according to SFS-EN ISO 717-1 Dn,e,w 41 dB.
• Adjusts automatically according to the outside temperature. A thermostat based on thermal expansion adjusts the opening of the valve plate between +10°C and -5°C. In colder air, a minimum opening of just a few millimeters guarantees adequate and draft-free ventilation. It is possible to adjust the minimum opening according to the installation site. Can also be closed by hand if necessary.
