VALO24 h's flax is grown in Finland, the northernmost flax growing area in the world. Domestic gluten-free flax is suitable for use on its own in yogurt, curd, smoothies, porridge, salad, soup or baking. A daily dose of 1-2 tablespoons provides a day's worth of omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of fiber, magnesium, protein and lignan. Sea buckthorn also adds vitamins C and E to the product.
