VALO24h's flax is grown in Finland, the northernmost flax growing area in the world. Domestic gluten-free flax is suitable for use as is in yogurt, curd, smoothie, porridge, salad or soup. A daily dose of 1-2 tablespoons provides a day's worth of omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of fiber, magnesium, protein and lignan. Roasted linseed has a delicious nutty flavor, which the blueberry perfectly complements. Thanks to roughing, nutrients are easily absorbed for use by the body. Suitable for low-carbohydrate diets, celiacs and vegans. This product won the Food Industry Association's 2012 Star Product competition!
