Vallox 245 MV is a ventilation unit with built-in humidity sensor suitable for large private houses and commercial premises (schools, kindergartens, offices). It ensures that ventilation is automatically increased when the indoor humidity level rises. This keeps the structures of your house dry and prevents you and your family from being exposed to microbes and mould caused by humidity. The Vallox 245 MV comes with a colour MyVallox Control controller, but can also be controlled via your home network or cloud service - even from your mobile phone.
The Vallox 245 MV is a real energy saver. It has a specific electrical efficiency of only 0.7 kWh/m3/s, which means it consumes very little energy to exchange air. In addition, it has a very high annual efficiency, which means that its heat recovery system is able to transfer the heat from the exhaust air to the supply air even better than before.
