Forget the stick-like plates of your childhood. Porridge is now pop! Both in home kitchens and on the menus of trendy restaurants. Make an attractive treat from your porridge that can be modified in many ways. Try, for example, with fresh or dried fruit, sweeten with vanilla, cinnamon or cardamom, drizzle a little maple syrup on top or sprinkle a handful of roasted nuts on top.
