Ubigold® Q10 150 mg contains the active substance ubiquinone, coenzyme Q10, in 150 mg in one capsule. Ubiquinone is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance found in every cell in our body. Ubiquinone is produced in the liver, but its production decreases as we age. The vitamin E in Ubigold helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B1, B2 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B1 also contributes to normal heart function and vitamins B2 and B12 help reduce fatigue and tiredness. The product is particularly useful for the elderly, athletes, tired and convalescents.
Dosage: 1 capsule daily with meals.
