Ingredients: Zinc gluconate, bulking agent (cellulose), L-methionine, starch, D-biotin, emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Recommended daily dose: For adults 1 tablet daily, swallowed with the liquid.
