Two Foodies Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml
Two Foodies' new 2024-2025 harvest of organic, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is unique, as it is produced from olive trees of the Kolovi variety, which only grows on the island of Lesvos in Greece.
Our olive oil has a mild taste and a light consistency, making it ideal for use in cooking to highlight the flavors of the ingredients in many different ways.
It is produced entirely according to environmentally friendly and traditional methods and is characterized by its golden color, thanks to a lower chlorophyll content, a refined and pleasantly peppery aftertaste and the aroma of fresh hay - a legacy of the rich flora of the ancient olive groves of Lesvos, some of the oldest in Greece.
Our fresh oil stands out with its excellent laboratory results and a very low acidity of only 0.28 (the limit for extra virgin olive oil is a maximum of 0.8).
