Tolonen Cardiomega 1000 mg is a strong omega-3 preparation. 1 capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oils, of which 650 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, i.e. 65% of the total amount. According to Finnish nutritional recommendations, fish should be eaten at least twice a week. If you realize that this is not the case, fish oil and omega-3 products as dietary supplements are one way to ensure a sufficient intake.
The EPA and DHA contained in Omega-3 promote health in many ways. A favorable health effect for the heart is achieved by consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily. 250 mg of DHA per day contributes to maintaining normal brain function and vision. Tolonen Cardiomega 1000 mg daily intake recommendation is 1-2 capsules, depending on the need. 2 capsules contain 600 mg of EPA and 400 mg of DHA, which achieves the necessary amounts of both EPA and DHA for the heart, brain function and vision. The oil in the capsule is in natural triglyceride form.
