Why do you need a diary for your summer cottage? Because even the wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime moments spent there will fade into the mists of oblivion if you don’t write them down in a diary. Then those unique moments are almost lived in vain. Our digital memories fade all too quickly into the eternal obscurity of cyberspace. Through a diary, knowledge, experiences and stories are passed on in a wonderful way to future generations – to children, grandchildren or friends – across the generations. Thoughts and memories are strong bridges between generations. By reading our diary, they can relive and experience those events even decades later.
