Ubiquinone 150 mg + selenium + vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and promotes normal energy metabolism.
Ubiquinone, or coenzyme Q10, is a fat-soluble vitamin-like substance and is found naturally in every cell of the body, mainly in the cells' energy plants, i.e. mitochondria. It plays an important role in the energy metabolism of cells, in the formation of ATP. Ubiquinone is most abundant in the organs where the need for energy is greatest: the heart, kidneys, liver and muscles.
Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and promotes normal energy metabolism. Both vitamin C and selenium protect cells from oxidative stress, i.e. they act as antioxidants. Selenium also promotes the normal functioning of the thyroid gland.
Lactose-free, gluten-free, yeast-free, dairy-free, unsweetened / sugar-free
