Ubiquinone 150 mg is a dietary supplement containing ubiquinone and vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and promotes normal energy metabolism.
Ubiquinone, or coenzyme Q10, is a fat-soluble vitamin-like substance and it is found naturally in every cell of the body, mainly in the cells' energy plants, the mitochondria. It plays an important role in the energy metabolism of cells, in the formation of ATP. Ubiquinone is most abundant in the organs where the need for energy is greatest: the heart, kidneys, liver and muscles.
Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and promotes normal energy metabolism. In addition, vitamin C protects cells from oxidative stress, i.e. it acts as an antioxidant.
