Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) directs calcium from the bloodstream to the bones and thus contributes to keeping the bones normal.
Vitamin D promotes the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and maintains the normal calcium level in the blood. Vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Vitamin D also supports the normal functioning of the immune system.
As long-acting tablets, the dissolution rate is slower than usual, so the body is able to utilize the vitamins and trace elements better than usual.
