- The Santoku knife is a Japanese all-purpose knife, especially suitable for chopping, slicing, and dicing. The name "Santoku" means "three uses," referring to these fundamental functions. The blade has ground indentations that reduce food sticking to the knife. The blade length of the Santoku knife is 18 cm, with a total length of 31.5 cm.
- The bread knife has a serrated blade that cuts through bread crust without breaking the soft interior. The blade length of the bread knife is 20 cm, with a total length of 33.5 cm.
- The utility knife is small and agile, suitable for slicing tomatoes or small pieces of meat. The blade length of the utility knife is 11 cm, with a total length including the handle of 22.2 cm.
- The fruit knife or vegetable knife is the smallest and most precise, ideal for chopping all kinds of fruits and vegetables, removing seed cores, and slicing. The blade length of the fruit knife is 9 cm, with a total length including the handle of 20.2 cm.
