Tammiston Puu Oy's yard structures are domestic and have been granted a key ticket number. The wooden yard products are made of fine-grained, Finnish pine, and only environmentally friendly AB class impregnations are used as impregnating agents. Surface treatment with e.g. wood oil provides additional protection and finishes the look to your liking.
Attaching the post hat to the post with grid screws.
As a natural material, the properties of wood, such as appearance, strength and other physical properties, vary. Depending on the moisture conditions, the wood may warp and crack, especially the scorching sun may dry the wood too quickly. However, the cracks often repair themselves and different oils and paints
extend the life of the wood product. Any color differences in the wood will even out in a few weeks outdoors. However, if well cared for, products made from ecological wood will last for decades.
