Terra is a fine merino wool sock yarn with a vibrant and rich colour palette inspired by the traditions and culture of India. The yarn is produced by Symfonie Yarns, a brand launched by KnitPro, known for its knitting needles and accessories.
The yarns are hand-dyed in their own dye house in Delhi, where special attention is paid to both employee safety and the environmental impact of the dyeing process, including water consumption — the dye house recycles the water it uses. The yarn is OEKO-TEX certified and the wool is mulesing-free. The colour range includes both lively semi-solid tones and multicoloured variegated shades.
Yardage: 100 g / approx. 400 m. Recommended needle size for socks: 2.5 mm. Suggested gauge: 28–32 sts and 32–40 rows per 10 cm.
