Swiss Diamond fry pans feature a thick cast aluminum body that heats evenly and efficiently, along with an exceptionally durable and highly heat-conductive XD diamond coating. Swiss Diamond XD cookware is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The cookware is oven-safe up to 260 °C. Ergonomic handles remain cool during stovetop use. Swiss Diamond’s specially developed and award-winning PFOA-free diamond coating is a durable material, an excellent conductor of heat, and naturally non-stick. No other material conducts heat as efficiently as diamond, allowing the pan to heat up quickly and evenly—even along the sides. One of the most notable—if not the best—features of the Swiss Diamond coating is its ability to create a beautifully browned sear even at moderate cooking temperatures. There’s no need to overheat the pan to achieve ideal results.
