Koli is Lieksa Tires' game-opener for summer off-road tires, and it's a great one! Koli is an excellent universal trailer tire for front and rear tires.
The 65mm wide ring is made with a more aggressive pattern, i.e. with deeper and bigger studs. It also digs very well into loose soil and wet soil. The 65mm version works well as a front tire for mountain bikes when excellent grip is sought, or even as a rear tire for e.g. electric bikes.
Koli tires have received special praise from the testers in cool conditions and in the wet, this came out well when we got to test the tire right after the snow closed in the spring. There are no big differences in the structure of the tires from the popular studded tire Piikkisika, i.e. its sidewalls can withstand even hard driving and the tire works great even in cold mid-season weather.
