The lift must be bolted to the floor. That is, a fixed investment. A fixed installation brings more safety and stability, but the location cannot be constantly changed. SteyrTek also offers a mobile option. Fixed is better for professional use, when there is enough space and the lift does not prevent other work. The mobile is at its best when space is needed for many uses and the use of the lift is not full-time.
The SteyrTek lifter is equipped with four (4) lifting cylinders. The leveling of the lifter is handled ingeniously with hydraulic oil: The lift cylinder of the left scissor is led to the second lift cylinder of the right scissor and vice versa. In this way, equalization is always and reliably handled.
In addition to the four cylinders, the safety of the lift is ensured by hose failure valves, which slow down the descent if the hose is damaged. In addition, both axles have their own separate, sturdy mechanical rack and pinion locking. The safety of the SteyrTek lift is therefore triple-guaranteed. Usually, the mechanical locking is omitted in twin cylinder systems (and it is the accepted procedure in the standard), but SteyrTek wanted to ensure safety by using "braces and belt".
The front and rear ramps of the SteyTek lift bridge can be locked horizontally as an extension of the bridge. Also enables stable lifting of cars with a long wheelbase. The bridge thus extends from 1450 mm to 2050 mm.
A particularly low 105 mm scissor lift. Easy and quick to install.
- The crane's ingenious geometry enables a particularly low height of 105 mm, which makes it easy for the crane to drive even with low cars.
- In the initial phase of the lift, the additional lever pushes the initial lift of the scissors by resting on the floor, which enables an exceptionally low structure and a smooth lift even in the initial phase of the lift.
- Both Saks have two separate cylinders, which guarantees safe lifting and unerring hydraulic leveling of the scissor lift, which prevents the car from tilting.
- The equalization technology is based on the use of two pairs of cylinders connected to a cross. Thus, the stability of the lifter is excellent. Thanks to its problem-free construction, SteyrTek's service life is many times that of conventional lifts.
- The lift takes up very little space in your workshop and increases the productivity of your workshop by increasing the number of parking spaces. Instead of two double pillars, three scissor lifts.
- The compressed air-powered toothed rack acts as a second lock for the lifter, so safety is doubly ensured.
- Pipe break valves in the hydraulic pipeline, thanks to which the hydraulic locking works even in the event of a pipe break.
- Installation on a reinforced concrete floor of at least 80 mm. You don't need any fasteners to be installed on the casting. Holes are drilled in the floor to which the crane is attached with bolts (wedge or chemical anchor bolt).
