SONAX CUT MAX is a very coarse paint sanding paste for sanding severely weather-damaged and worn paint surfaces. Fast and minimal surface graying.
1. Water sand the surface with P1000 or finer water sandpaper, wipe clean.
2. Dispense a small amount of the substance to the area to be treated. Polish, with increasing pressure, with a slightly tilted machine and low revolutions for approx. 10 sec. Use SONAX sanding pad, 160 mm, yellow (hard) (SO 493 100).
3. Finally, sand with light pressure for about 20 seconds,
keep the sanding pad parallel to the surface.
4. Remove polish residues with an ultra-fine SONAX microfiber cloth (450 700). Finish the surface with SONAX ProfiLine Perfect Finish (224 300).
NOTE! Do not let the treated surface get hot. Clean the discs regularly, and never use different polishing agents with the same sponge. Protect from freezing.
