Solgar® Folic Acid 800 µg 100 tabl food supplement
Folic acid is a very important vitamin for many processes in the body. Fertility benefits from folic acid - it is particularly important for pregnant women and for the health and growth of the foetus. Fertility and pregnancy also benefit from folic acid. Folic acid is abundant in dark green leafy vegetables, but to ensure adequate intake it is recommended to take it as a supplement, especially during pregnancy when low levels of folic acid can be a risk factor.
This important B vitamin also promotes normal metabolism of homocysteine and normal energy production.
