Ready-to-use lightweight cast iron fry pan for kitchen, grill, and open fire. Skottsberg’s pan has no coating—its non-stick effect is achieved by seasoning the surface with vegetable oil. With proper use, the non-stick properties improve over time. Suitable for all types of cooking, especially fish and meat dishes. The lightweight pan heats quickly and withstands high temperatures. Compatible with all stovetops. On stovetops, the separate hollow handle stays cool; when used on a grill or open fire, protective gloves are recommended. Oven safe up to 250°C. Wooden or metal utensils are best suited; if using plastic utensils, check their heat resistance. With proper care, this pan will last a lifetime.
