Helena Ahti-Hallberg recommends: Skingain - A classic collagen product that contains a unique and well-documented combination of type 1 and type 2 collagen to support the well-being of the skin and joints.
Collagen is the most important protein in connective tissue, up to 30% of the protein in the whole body and 70% of the protein in the skin is collagen. The body's own collagen production decreases with age. Skingain activates the body's own collagen production.
Skingain also contains vitamin C, which promotes normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin and cartilage.
Ingredients: Hydrolyzed type 1 collagen (from beef skin), hydrolyzed type 2 collagen ( from fish ), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavors (lime and lemon), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide)
