Solid state compass with steering direction, yaw rate, lateral and longitudinal tilt via NMEA 2000 network. The Precision-9 compass provides accurate steering direction and yaw rate to Lowrance autopilot, radar and navigation systems via NMEA 2000 connection. Internal semiconductor sensors continuously measure movement and direction on nine axes. This is how the Precision-9 outputs data about nodding and tilting to a compatible device. The easily adjustable bracket and single cable connection make installation simple on any boat, including mast mounting on suitable steel hulled boats.
