The device has a built-in PIR motion sensor, a microphone,
digital camera, 4G/3G/GSM capabilities (SIM
card slot) and LED night lighting. In the renewed G400-
the model has an external temperature sensor and a removable
in addition to the mobile antenna, a WiFi router that
enables other WiFi IoT devices (max. 7x) to connect to the Internet
connections.
The device is pre-installed by Finns
MMS and internet settings of mobile phone operators,
which are activated automatically, so the activation is
effortless.
In the event of an alarm, the device sends alarm information via SMS
by text message, phone call and send
picture/picture series as an MMS message or by e-mail
to specified telephone numbers and
to e-mail addresses. SimPal-G400 also informs
about power outages and their recovery via SMS
by text message.
SimPal-G400 is suitable as a monitoring device for an apartment, summer cottage,
to a boat, camper/carriage, office, factory,
to a production plant, kiosk, shop, restaurant,
to the garage, warehouse, basement, attic, remote room
and to the engine room.
The remote has a panic/emergency button so it works
also as a personal safety device. SimPal-G400 announces
also about power outages and their recovery via SMS
by text message.
The SimPal-G400 alarm can be expanded with wireless devices
with additional sensors. The device is compatible with the 433MHz frequency
with functional additional sensors using FSK coding,
such as motion detectors (PIR), door and window sensors,
gas and smoke alarms. SimPal-T20-V2 unit with the device
the operation can be extended to remote control of the network current,
e.g. for controlling the summer cottage heating.
