Advanced A-Guard sound technology disturbs marten animals so that they avoid the area. Install the Marten Repellent in premises that you want to protect from mares. Place the product so that the sound can pass through the speakers without any obstacles.
Note that ultrasound does not penetrate solid materials such as walls, ceilings, floors or furniture. It is also dampened by textiles, such as curtains. For this reason, the device must be placed in an open space where sound waves can spread. Make sure that the repellent is firmly attached to the base, either with the bundle ties included in the package (2 pcs) or with screws suitable for the base. (screws not included). Place the repeller in a low position close to the floor/ground so that the speakers are pointing horizontally along the ground/floor and make sure there is nothing blocking the sound. If you use the device in engine mode:
Never place the device on or near surfaces hotter than 70 °C, as this may break the device or shorten its service life. Make sure the device is firmly attached and cannot come off and cause damage to the engine compartment. Always check that the speaker openings of the repeller are not blocked and ensure ideal operation. The device cannot withstand water, so it must not be placed in an unprotected space.
