The Severin SM 3587 Spuma 700 Plus is a versatile induction milk frother with 13 automatic programs. It can be used to make hot and cold milk foam, cappuccino and latte macchiato foam, hot milk, and hot chocolate, as well as protein shakes, for example. The device also has dedicated programs for soy, cashew, and lactose-free milk.
Operation is handled via an easy-to-use dial and an OLED display: simply turn the dial to select the desired program and press to start. A striking 360° LED light ring indicates the machine’s operating status and uses different colors to distinguish between hot and cold preparations. The audible beep can also be turned off if desired.
The frothing and heating temperature can be adjusted between 45–65 °C. Thanks to induction technology, milk doesn’t easily burn to the bottom, and the removable stainless steel milk container is dishwasher-safe. The barista-style spout facilitates precise pouring and is also suitable for creating latte art designs.
