Triceratops seems to want to eat in peace. With its head down, it plucks with its sharp mouth the grass and bushy herbs that are its favourite food. Weighing up to twelve tonnes, this herbivore has to eat quite a lot to get its fill. It takes a while! No wonder the dinosaur with its easily recognisable horns is often seen feeding in the meadow.
