Whenever new horses or ponies arrive at Lakeside, they are first taken to the stables. There they can spend time and graze in peace. It is important to Hanna's father, because this way the horses can greet each other, get used to each other and maybe even become friends.
Fun fact The gate must always be well closed so that the horses cannot escape.
