Triple-double magazine pouch. The pockets are similar in design to our separate ‘2-mag pouch’ double magazine pouches, but in this case they are designed to carry both AR15 and AK magazines.
As box-shaped pockets with flaps, these are suitable for carrying many other items besides just magazines. For example, water bottles, smoke grenades, radios, etc.
The flaps are fixed; on the front of each pouch there are two attachment points for the flap ‘clip’ and Velcro fastening. With longer AK magazines, the flap is closed in the upper position. With shorter AR15 magazines, the flap is closed in the lower position.
