The length options, indicated according to the maximum circumference of the item around which the strap is enough, are 80 and 120 cm. The shorter 80 cm is enough for the most common things that you want to attach to the outside of the backpack/chest, i.e. sleeping bags and sleeping pads. 120 cm, on the other hand, is suitable for various special needs, larger tent rolls, bundles of firewood and is usually long enough for almost anything you could imagine wanting to use such a thong for. And hey, if you run out of length, you can always chain these together!
